Tietomaa Science Centre
This is where all the whizkids and quiz machines can finally ask about everything thatÿs ever been on their mind. The Tietomaa Science Centre is a thrill to visit, offering the joys of discovery to visitors of all ages. The rotating theme exhibitions showcase 150 objects, and while there, donÿt forget to visit the giant movie theatre and the observation tower and its elevator. Thereÿs plenty to see and do for the whole day.

Nallikari
Donÿt you just love the days when thereÿs always something new to do? This is a great place for just that. The magnificent beach and camping ground of Nallikari is located just a walk away from the centre of Oulu. Thereÿs plenty to do and experience in Nallikari for the whole family, no matter what time of the year it is. Go on and enjoy the tennis, squash and indoor courts, formula driving and pony rides for kids ? in addition to the bath, hotel, and restaurant services, of course.

Potnapekka Train Bus
For the little ones, and others too, the Potnapekka will be your favourite ride of the summer. Choose a route that will take you to the sea shore or along the river to Hupisaaret, the green oasis of Oulu. The Potnapekka will take you there safely and conveniently along the walkways.

Childrenÿs Traffic Park
Who yields and to whom? Whatÿs the red traffic sign with the yellow line? At the traffic park, children under 140 centimeters can learn the traffic rules with supervisors both as pedestrians and while riding on pedal cars. Hietasaari Pony Yard
